Fitting windows is a highly skilled task and H&F Windows have the staff to do the job. We provide complete design and installation of windows ensuring that you have the windows you need, be it PVCu, aluclad, wooden or aluminium.

There is a huge range of choice of frames size, colour, glass types, energy ratings, security and safety fittings and optional extras to choose from. Windows can be produced in practically any colour and you can even have different colours inside and outside. All our windows are fully reinforced and glass is toughened where needed to meet all regulations. We ensure your windows are designed to meet all fire regulations.

Our sales team can visit your location at flexible times to suit your busy schedule and give you a no obligation quotation, as well as advising on the best options for your particular needs. Be it a new build or a replacement of old windows and doors we can provide valuable advise on how to get the most from your new windows and doors.

Installations are agreed in advance with each customer in order to ensure the least disruption. Most installations of replacemrents take less than a day to complete in the case of a standard house. Floor coverings are laid inside to ensure no damage is done to floors. All waste materials are gathered and removed during the process so your house will be left in the same condition as before we arrive.

We remove existing windows with care and minimal damage and install new windows and window sills, dispose of the dismantled windows, complete masonry cleanups and handover to the customer. All our staff are well qualified with many years experience to undertake each task. All our frames and glass are guaranteed for at least 10 years.

The traditional Casement style window Is the most popular and versatile window design and offers superb protection against the wind and rain. Hinged either on the side or at the top, casement windows are the most energy-efficient option for most homes, and with a vast range of styles and decorative finishes available, casement windows are designed to complement any house type.

With their innovative hinge system, Tilt and Turn windows offer added safety and convenience features to the traditional casement window. Incredibly easy to operate, in the ‘Tilt Position’, the top tilts in towards the room to provide enhanced ventilation. In the ‘Turn Position’, the window opens inwards a full 90 degrees, making it suitable as a fire escape exit and also allowing the exterior of the window to be safely and easily cleaned from inside the house.

Vertical Sliders

Vertical sliders combine the beauty and elegance of the traditional sliding sash window with the high performance, security, durability and energy efficiency of modern window design and manufacture. What sets our vertical sliders apart is attention to detail – the little details that create that wow effect and add real value to your home.

Vertical sliders have both a slide and tilt opening facility, creating  enhanced ventilation, hassle-free maintenance and aesthetic appeal, whilst still maintaining the safety and security properties of the window.

Sliding Facility – both the top and bottom sash can be moved vertically and held in the required position; sashes can be operated individually or simultaneously

Tilting Facility – after the sashes have been set in the required slide position, the tilt facility can then be operated. The sashes will then tilt in towards the room at an angle and can be operated individually or simultaneously.
